STUDIO BATSUMI

Consisting of records collector Marta and music producer and drummer Federico, Studio Batsumi is renowned for its diverse fusion of styles and

genres, encompassing Obscure Tribal and Downtempo, Electronic Dub, Melodic Acid, House, and African music. They have been active on the

London music since starting the project in 2023, having played renowned venues such as Ton Of Brix, The Waiting Room, NT’s Loft, Cafe 1001,

Brilliant Corners and music festivals across the country such as Houghton, Antibodies and Westival.

With a dedication to diverse sounds and a forward-looking approach, Studio Batsumi promises a fresh perspective on electronic and world music,

offering a unique blend that resonates with a wide range of listeners.

In addition to DJ, Studio Batsumi has launched a record label in the spring of 2024. Focused on original music, the label aims to showcase their own

releases while providing a platform for emerging artists. The first EP ‘Cosmicomics’, released on vinyl in May ’24, has a total of 5 tracks, featuring

a remix from Jonny Rock.
